Our Way
We live in a world that moves too fast. Hunched over screens, rushing through days, disconnected from the quiet intelligence of the body. Solavyne exists to offer an antidote.
Through slow, purposeful movement, you'll rebuild the posture and flexibility that stress and sitting have eroded — not through effort and strain, but through presence and gentleness.
This is a practice of becoming. Not perfect — fluid. Not rigid — rooted. You are enough, exactly where you are. Let's begin.
20min
A day is all it takes to feel the shift.
Movement Library
Each posture is chosen for its restorative power — opening the hips, lengthening the spine, releasing the shoulders, and restoring your natural elegant alignment.
Mobilizes the entire spine, relieves tension, and coordinates breath with movement.
5 min
A gentle hip opener that releases deep tension in the glutes and outer hip.
8 min
Teaches you to stand in your full natural alignment — from feet to crown.
3 min
Unwinds the upper back, frees the shoulders, and calms the nervous system.
6 min
Strengthens the lower back and glutes while gently opening the chest.
7 min
The most important pose — deep stillness where integration happens.

Questions
Not at all. Solavyne is specifically designed for beginners and women who haven't moved in a while. Every session starts from where you are — no flexibility required, only curiosity.
Most movement sessions are 20 minutes. Rest and breathing days are 10 minutes. They fit into a morning, a lunch break, or an evening wind-down with ease.
Just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Some women use a folded blanket or a pillow under their knees. Nothing expensive or special is needed — just your body and your breath.
Many women notice improved posture and reduced tension within the first 2 weeks. Deeper hip flexibility and visible alignment shifts typically emerge by weeks 4-6. The 8-week arc is designed for lasting, sustainable change.
Many of our members began because of back or neck pain. The slow, gentle nature of the practice is specifically suited to recovery and restoration. However, if you have a serious injury or medical condition, please consult your physician before beginning any new movement program.
